Hey all,

you pancake afficiandos. I'd like to impress my girlfriend by making some really incredible pancakes from scratch for us. I've tried making them from scratch in the past, but generally end up with pancakes that are thick and heavy. What I want is something that is light and fluffy. When I made them I didn't use a recipe, but just sort of guessed at amounts. I used flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, eggs, and water.Does anyone have a pancake recipe that is to die for?
