Marzipan lässt sich nämlich gefroren prima reiben/ raspeln was bei verschiedenen Kuchenrezepten nötig ist und ungefroren mir zu umständlich ist. Wegen der Haltbarkeit im Eimer mit Deckel. -> Dort müsste eigentlich auf dem Eimer ein Verfalldatum stehen. Ich denke mal Markus weiss da aber noch genauer wie und was man beachten soll. War nur ein Rest. Und durch einfrieren kann diese Haltbarkeit nochmals um ca. 4 Monate verlängert werden. :) Es gibt drei sachen die mit Marzipan passieren können:Es wird Trocken. Das ist nicht schlimm, scheckt aber auch nicht mehr. Es wird ranzig. Zu merken an Geruch und Geschmack. Marzipan bzw. Marzipanrohmassen nur dann verwenden, wenn es angenehm nach Mandeln duftet und schmeckt. Es schimmelt. Hier ist besondere Vorsicht geboten!
